The uncertainty we are all experiencing during the COVID-19 pandemic poses many challenges for us in our workplace and at home. Coronavirus can stir up all sorts of feelings, like fear, stress, anxiety, frustration, depression, dilemma, conflict, tension. A little stress can be helpful. It can be the motivator that keeps us self-isolating or washing our hands. But constant or high levels of stress can negatively affect our mental and physical health.

The increase in stress from the fast-changing climate requires us to have tools we may have never needed, to make good decisions. Taking care of the mind is always important, but doing so in the midst of a pandemic can be tricky. This short webinar will help unpack why the pandemic is hard on us, and provide tips and tools for taking care of yourself, your family, and staying positive.

*In this webinar, you’ll learn:*

  • Why do outbreaks affect our emotional health?
  • Practical skills to cope with the anxiety
  • Talking to your children
  • Tips for you and your family
