This pandemic has taught us the importance of health and how important it is to stay not just health physically but mentally as well.

My story is similar to every other guy who is working from home during this pandemic. I was a very active and fit person during my college as well in my early job days. I used to stay fit and maintain a good weight suitable according to my BMI. I used to play Badminton regularly as that was something that I was good at as well as it was a good exercise for me. I was not a gym loving person and never used to love exercising apart from playing sports. But all of this came to a halt when the COVID pandemic hit.

My lifestyle changed to long sitting hours in front of a laptop and as we used to stay at home eating different dishes and wearing loose and relaxed clothes I did not even realise when I gained around 10-12kgs in a span of these 5-6 months. It was high time that I had to lose all this extra weight that I have gained. I got in touch with a wellness coach and he helped me reduce this weight in the past 2.5-month timeframe. This intrigued me into learning more about Health and Wellness as a whole and now along my journey towards healthy self, I help people around to get healthy as well get rid of their lifestyle diseases.
