These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Eduroutes (“we”, “us”, “our”) website, AI tools, mentorship services, career counselling, and all related services. By using any part of our platform, you agree to these Terms.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eduroutes.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

02 Description of Services

Eduroutes provides the following services:

  • Free AI Tools: AI Paraphraser, ATS Resume Builder, and Plagiarism Checker — available free with usage limits, or unlimited under paid plans
  • E-Mentorship: Personalised one-on-one online mentorship sessions with expert advisors
  • Career Counselling: Professional career guidance and consultancy services
  • E-Training: Online training programmes for professional development
  • Webinars & Conferences: Educational events for students and professionals
  • Workshops: Hands-on professional skills development sessions
  • Academic Assistance: Academic support and tutoring services
  • Exam Preparation: Coaching for GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and SAT

03 User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

04 AI Tools — Acceptable Use

Our AI tools are provided to help you improve your writing, build professional documents, and check content originality. They are designed to assist — not to replace — your own effort and judgement.

You agree not to use our AI tools to:

  • Submit AI-generated or paraphrased content as your own original academic work without disclosure, in violation of your institution’s academic integrity policies
  • Generate or distribute spam, misleading content, or disinformation
  • Create content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI systems
  • Circumvent usage limits through automated requests or multiple accounts

05 Plans, Pricing & Payments

  • Free Plan: Limited usage of AI tools at no cost — no credit card required
  • Basic Plan: Expanded usage limits billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited usage billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • All prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store payment card data
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers

06 Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no mid-cycle refunds
  • For mentorship or consultation sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
  • We reserve the right to offer refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances

07 Intellectual Property

  • All content on eduroutes.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Eduroutes and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
  • You retain ownership of content you create using our tools
  • You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide our services
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without written permission

08 Disclaimers

  • Our AI tools are provided “as is” — we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose
  • Career guidance and mentorship advice is professional opinion — outcomes are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on information or advice provided through our services
  • Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduroutes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Eduroutes in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
